Career Shikhar assessments map your interest, orientation, aptitudes, personality and emotional quotient. All these five elements of behavioral sciences play a major role in anyone’s life especially in his/her work life or career. CSA’s (Career Shikhar assessments) help tremendously in choosing streams, subject combinations, career options and also provide a development plan to improve your overall performance both at academic and personal level. CSA’s are fully based on scientifically established principles of behavioural sciences and are scientifically tested for their “reliability†and “validityâ€.
Assessment will
take around 2 hours in total to complete. However you don’t need to
complete it in a single sitting. You can take the assessment in parts
as the assessment will autosave from where you will stop. You can
further continue from where you last left off.
